NOTICE 

Both parents MUST sign release forms for any rider under the age of 18, unless a sole custody arrangement is in place. 

This requirement is for Friday Practice and Sat/Sun Racing. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you do not have a sole custody arrangement and both parents will not be at registration, you have 2 options:

1.Sign up online so BOTH parents can sign electronically.  

2.Sign the AMA Annual Release forms in advance so you can present event staff with the Annual Release Card. 

The Annual release cannot be accomplished on the same day.It must be done several days in advance to receive the card. 

This form is required for a participant 17yrs or under, if a parent will not be present to sign the waiver.
